Acceptance of Concession. In consideration of the rights, privileges and benefits conferred upon the Concessionaire, as expressed herein, the Concessionaire hereby accepts the Concession and agrees and undertakes to perform/ discharge all of its obligations hereunder, in accordance with the provisions hereof and Applicable Law.

3.1 Handover of the Project Site(s) & BQS Group
(a) DTIDCL shall, handover to the Concessionaire physical possession of the constructed BQS Group(s) free from Encumbrances together with the necessary right of way for the sole purpose of implementing the Project in accordance with mutually agreed upon schedule.
(b) The handing over of atleast 75% of total number of BQS as set out for Zone shall be completed within six (6) months from the Appointed Date. Provided, where a minimum 75% of BQS cannot be handed over to the Concessionaire, the Concessionaire shall have the right to abandon the project giving three (3) months notice to DTIDCL and in such case pro-rata payment upto the end of aforesaid three

In consideration of NNR agreeing to permit the Concessionaire to receive User Charges, and any other amounts, and the rights, privileges and benefits conferred upon by the Concessioning Authority and other good and valuable consideration expressed herein, the Concessionaire hereby accepts the Concession and agrees and undertakes to perform/discharge all of its obligations in accordance with the provisions hereof. In consideration of agreeing to permit the Concessionaire to receive Parking Fee, Other Charges and any other amounts permitted under this Agreement, and the rights, privileges and benefits conferred upon by the Concessioning Authority and other good and valuable consideration expressed herein, the Concessionaire hereby accepts the Concession and agrees and undertakes to perform/discharge all of its obligations in accordance with the provisions hereof.
Acceptance of Concession. In consideration of the EDMC agreeing to permit the Concessionaire to sell all the bio- gas/methane, electricity or any other by product & carbon credits generated by the Project permitted under this Agreement, and the rights, privileges and benefits conferred upon by the Concessioning Authority and other good and valuable consideration expressed herein, the Concessionaire hereby accepts the Concession and agrees and undertakes to perform/discharge all of its obligations in accordance with the provisions hereof.

(b) The handing over of atleast 75% of total number of BQS as set out for Zone shall be completed within ten (10) days from the Appointed Date.
(c) BQS under Change of Scope (clause 19.1(a)) shall form part of this Project and shall be required to be handed over to the Concessionaire within a period of fifteen (15) days from issue of such notice under clause 19.1(a).
