HARASSMENT, DISCRIMINATION & BULLYING. The Employer has a policy on harassment, discrimination and bullying which forms part of this Agreement and is available to all employees in the Employer’s Policy Manual, and attached at APPENDIX B. Changes to the policy during the term of this Collective Agreement will be recorded in the Employer’s Policy and Procedure Manual and notified to employees.
