Harassment Resolution Procedure. (a) The contact person for Members seeking to activate the Harassment Resolution Procedure is the Harassment Advisor. In the absence of exceptional circumstances, a complainant must contact the Harassment Advisor within four (4) months of the latest alleged incident to activate the Harassment Resolution Procedure.
