Harbor Department – Port Pilot Dispatchers Only. 2080 Plan In accordance with FLSA Section 7(b)(2) and notwithstanding the above and LAAC Sections 4.113 - 4.116, overtime compensation for these employees shall be in time off at the rate of one and one-half hours for each hour of overtime worked or in cash at one and one-half times the employee’s regular rate of pay, at the discretion of management. FLSA overtime shall be paid in accordance with FLSA Section 7(b)(2) [29 USC §207(b)(2)] (see Appendix H) for all hours worked. Compensation for MOU overtime shall be for all hours worked in excess of 80 hours in a pay period including all absences with pay authorized by law and less FLSA overtime.
