Common use of Hazardous Work Clause in Contracts

Hazardous Work. A. If Employer requires Background Actors to do night work, “wet” work, or work of a rough or dangerous character, the Employer shall notify the Background Actors at the time of the call. If Employer fails to provide timely notification, the Background Actor shall be entitled to refuse to perform the work. If the Background Actor refuses, Employer shall pay them for all time elapsed from the time the Background Actor is called until they are dismissed. Employer shall not discriminate against any Background Actor for exercising their rights under this paragraph.
