HCFA Administration. As of the Distribution Date, Resources shall assume all Liabilities relating to, arising out of or resulting from claims verified by REI or Resources under the HCFA data match reports that relate to Resources Employees.
HCFA Administration. As of the Distribution Date, the MVT Group shall assume all liabilities relating to, arising out of or resulting from claims verified by the MI Group or the MVT Group under the HCFA data match reports that relate to MVT Employees.
HCFA Administration. As of the Distribution Date, Potlatch shall assume all Liabilities relating to, arising out of or resulting from claims verified by Potlatch or Clearwater under the HCFA data match reports that relate to Potlatch Employees.

HCFA Administration. As of the Effective Date, SDS shall assume all liabilities relating to, arising out of or resulting from claims verified by Sybron or SDS under the HCFA data match reports that relate to Dental Business Employees or their dependents or beneficiaries.
HCFA Administration. As of the Group Status Change Date, Southern Energy shall assume all Liabilities relating to, arising out of or resulting from claims verified by Southern or Southern Energy under the HCFA data match reports that relate to Southern Energy Employees.

As of the Separation Date or other date as mutually agreed upon by Allegheny and Supply Holdco, Supply Holdco shall assume all Liabilities relating to, arising out of or resulting from claims verified by Allegheny or Supply Holdco under the HCFA data match reports that relate to Supply Holdco Employees.
HCFA Administration. As of the Health Plan Transition Date, NPTest shall assume all Liabilities relating to, arising out of or resulting from claims verified by STC or NPTest under the HCFA data match reports that relate to NPTest Employees.
