Common use of Healing Funding Clause in Contracts

Healing Funding. On the Implementation Date Canada will transfer one hundred and twenty- five million dollars ($125,000,000.00) as an endowment for a five year period to the Aboriginal Healing Foundation in accordance with Article Eight (8) of this Agreement. After the Implementation Date the only obligations and liabilities of Canada with respect to healing funding are those set out in this Agreement.
