Common use of Health and Safety Requirements Clause in Contracts

Health and Safety Requirements. 33.1 The Provider shall (and shall ensure that all Sub-Contractors and other related parties shall) at all times comply with all relevant health and safety procedures which shall include the requirements of the Health and Safety at Work etc Act 1974, all other applicable Legislation, its own health and safety policies and safe working systems (to be produced to the Council on request), any relevant health and safety plans for the Site and, in respect of the Council’s Personnel and others who may be affected by the provision of the Services, the Council’s health and safety policies and procedures. 33.2 The Provider shall promptly notify the Council of any incidents on the Site or otherwise related to the provision of the Services which are or may give rise to a health and safety or an environmental hazard.
