Non Rostered Hours. The Practitioner shall be remunerated at 175% of the Practitioner's ordinary hourly rate for any work performed by the Practitioner and regarded by the Director as emergency work performed during hours which are not rostered hours, overtime hours or during an on-call period in respect of which the Practitioner is rostered. The practitioner is under no obligation to work and may choose to accept or decline the request to work during the above mentioned hours.
Non Rostered Hours. In addition to rostered hours contained in the Total Salary, employees may be required by the company to work reasonable additional hours to meet the needs of the business. Payment for additional hours will be at the following rate: Effective date $ per hour 17 March 2023 $79.44 First anniversary of the Agreement $82.62 Second anniversary of the Agreement $85.93 Third anniversary of the Agreement $89.36

This payment will mean that an employee nominated as a Team Leader by the company will make themselves available on an acting basis to a role that carries a higher responsibility than those covered by this agreement. This is subject to appropriate training being provided and competence of the person for the higher responsibilities. Persons choosing not to accept higher duties will not be paid this allowance. All other employees appointed on a temporary or acting basis to a role that carries higher responsibilities than those covered by this agreement, subject to the below points, shall receive an additional payment. This payment, as below, applies from the first shift worked in the role and is payable while the employee continues to act in the role. The company may at any time remove an employee’s appointment to the role of Team Leader (and the Higher Responsibilities Payment).
