Non Rostered Hours. The Practitioner shall be remunerated at 175% of the Practitioner's ordinary hourly rate for any work performed by the Practitioner and regarded by the Director as emergency work performed during hours which are not rostered hours, overtime hours or during an on-call period in respect of which the Practitioner is rostered. The practitioner is under no obligation to work and may choose to accept or decline the request to work during the above mentioned hours.

This payment will mean that an employee nominated as a Team Leader by the company will make themselves available on an acting basis to a role that carries a higher responsibility than those covered by this agreement. This is subject to appropriate training being provided and competence of the person for the higher responsibilities. Persons choosing not to accept higher duties will not be paid this allowance. All other employees appointed on a temporary or acting basis to a role that carries higher responsibilities than those covered by this agreement, subject to the below points, shall receive an additional payment. This payment, as below, applies from the first shift worked in the role and is payable while the employee continues to act in the role.   • Standard Hours (1) Except as otherwise provided, the standard workweek shall consist of five consecutive days from Monday to Friday, inclusive.

  • Overtime Hours Except as otherwise provided in this section, all hours worked in excess of the established work day, before or after an employee's regular scheduled shift, or on any regularly scheduled day off, shall be considered overtime. All paid vacation time, paid holidays, paid sick leave, compensatory time off, and paid leaves of absence shall be considered as "time worked" for purposes of this Article. Part-time employees whose established work day is less than eight (8) hours shall not be considered to be working overtime until having completed eight (8) hours of work.

  • Ordinary Hours 6.1.1 Ordinary hours will be 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday with a maximum of 7.6 ordinary paid hours a day. All ordinary hours shall be worked between the hours of 6am and 6pm.

  • Core Hours (1) The default core hours for employees on Maxiflex schedules will be the 3 middle days of the employee’s tour of duty from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., excluding a meal break.

  • Standard Hours of Work 4.2.1 The standard hours of work shall be defined as regularly scheduled twenty-four (24) hours per week or less averaged over each bi-weekly pay period.

  • Contact Hours The contact hour load for an eLearning course or section shall be equivalent to that for a face-to-face course.
