Noise Permits. All Service Provider(s) who are awarded contracts to undertake the cleaning of sewers using “Bucket Machines” will be required to apply for and maintain the necessary Noise Permits whilst carrying out the service for the duration of the contract. The cost of acquiring and maintaining such permits is to be included in the tendered rates.

  • Building Permits All building permits required for the construction of the Improvements have been obtained prior to the commencement of the construction of the Improvements and copies of same will be delivered to Lessor.

  • Compliance; Permits All activity undertaken pursuant to this Contract shall be in compliance with federal and state law and regulations and City Requirements. Developer shall obtain all permits and approvals required to do the work authorized under this Contract.
