HEALTH AND. The Company shall institute and maintain all precautions to ensure every worker a safe and environmentally healthy workplace. The Company shall com- ply in a forthright manner with the Occupational Health and Safety Act, its Regulations, Codes of Practice and Guidelines as in force on January save and except all sections that become unenforceable such as the Workplace Health and Safety Agency, fines, penalties, etcetera.
