Practical Nurse Grade. (Promotions to this classification after job posting only) Experienced and capable of working under minimal supervision on all floors, including Carrying out routine nursing functions as planned by the Doctor or Charge Nurse and recording of same, including ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, intake and output, etc.. Capable of working with Doctors in delivery Room (as scrub nurse) and in Emergency Room for routine work, excluding assessment of patient's condition, phoning of Medical Staff and taking verbal orders.   • Production definitively discontinued 10.1. If the holder of the approval completely ceases to manufacture a vehicle type approved in accordance with this Regulation, he shall so inform the authority which granted the approval.   • Staffing Levels To the extent legislative appropriations and PIN authorizations allow, safe staffing levels will be maintained in all institutions where employees have patient, client, inmate or student care responsibilities. In July of each year, the Secretary or Deputy Secretary of each agency will, upon request, meet with the Union, to hear the employees’ views regarding staffing levels. In August of each year, the Secretary or Deputy Secretary of Budget and Management will, upon request, meet with the Union to hear the employees’ views regarding the Governor’s budget request.

  • Critical Illness Three (3) days per year, with pay, shall be granted in the case of a critical illness or accident to a member of the employee's immediate family as defined in Section 9.4.2. A statement by the physician verifying the need for the employee to be present with the immediate family member shall be attached to the absence form.

  • Technical Objections to Grievances It is the intent of both parties to this agreement that no grievance shall be defeated merely because of a technical error other than time limitations in processing the grievance through the grievance procedure. To this end an arbitration board shall have the power to allow all necessary amendments to the grievance and the power to waive formal procedural irregularities in the processing of a grievance in order to determine the real matter in dispute and to render a decision according to equitable principles and the justice of the case.

  • Payment Grace Period The Borrower shall have a ten (10) day grace period to pay any monetary amounts due under this Note, after which grace period a default interest rate of fifteen percent (15%) per annum shall apply to the amounts owed hereunder.
