Health Benefits- Fulltime Employees. The Employer will pay the total costs of the following benefit plans for all full-time employees: (i) Employer Health Tax (ii) Group Life Insurance at two (2) times the employee's salary to a maximum of policy holder. (iii) Extended Health Drug Plan $10/$20 deductible (iv) Semi-Private Hospital coverage or equivalent.
