In addition, a separate list of all known reassignment opportunities available for the Health & Human Services Agency shall be posted in all RN work locations within the department on a regular basis. However, this list of reassignment opportunities shall not be subject to the seven (7) day posting requirement above. In order to be considered for reassignment to a future vacancy within the employee's class, an employee may submit a request for reassignment on the proper form in advance of any vacancy posting. All such employee reassignment requests within an employee's class for a specific work location vacancy shall be provided by Health & Human Services Agency Personnel to supervisors who request to fill a vacancy. The reassignment list will be provided to the supervisor prior to processing a request for an eligible list.
