Common use of Health Insurance Benefits Clause in Contracts

Health Insurance Benefits. Eligible full-time and part-time employees who are regularly scheduled to work at least twenty (20) hours or more per week are eligible to participate in the health insurance benefit program offered by the Employer to a majority of its employees who are not in a bargaining unit. Employees shall be offered benefit options, in accordance with the terms of the Employer’s program, with regard to medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, long-term disability and short-term disability plans, accident and critical illness insurance, health savings account and healthcare and dependent care spending accounts.
