HEALTH INSURANCE COVERAGE FOR RETIREES. The City will provide a group medical health insurance policy similar to the health insurance carriers currently provided to active employees at the retiree’s own expense without any City contribution toward the premium for said policy. 9.3.1 The Association and/or the City may request a re- opener no later than December 1, 2017 regarding any issues not resolved, which were previously deferred to the Health Benefits Committee.
