Common use of Health Quality Ontario Clause in Contracts

Health Quality Ontario. The HSP will work with Health Quality Ontario and other providers to advance the quality agenda and align quality improvement efforts across the local health care system; and, will submit a report to the LHIN that outlines how the HSP has done so. Without limiting the foregoing, the HSP will submit a Quality Improvement Plan to Health Quality Ontario that is aligned with this Agreement and supports local health system priorities.
