Hearings re: Complaints made to the Canada. Industrial Relations Board pursuant to Section 97 of the Canada Labour Code 38.4.1 leave with pay to an employee who makes a complaint on his own behalf if the Canada Industrial Relations Board decides in favour of the employee, and leave without pay in all other cases; and 38.4.2 leave without pay to an employee who acts on behalf of an employee making a complaint, or who acts on behalf of the Association making a complaint.
