NO STRIKE, NO LOCK-OUT. 19.01 There will be no strike or lock-out during the term of this Agreement. The Employer has the exclusive right to determine what merchandise will be carried in its store, except that the Employer agrees that, in the event of a legal strike in the plant of a supplier, it will not handle merchandise from such plant, provided however, that merchandise that was on the premises of the Employer or in transit to the Employer's premises at the time such legal strike commenced, will be handled. In the event of strikes, lock-outs or similar problems involving suppliers of goods or service, the Employer and the Union agree to meet and discuss such situation as it involves the parties to this Agreement, to endeavor to solve such problems in the best interest of the Employer, the Union and the employees, to the best of the abilities of the parties.
NO STRIKE, NO LOCK-OUT. 19.01 There will be no strike or lock-out during the term of this Agreement.
NO STRIKE, NO LOCK-OUT. 24.01 The Union, during the term of this Collective Agreement, and any employee covered by the said Collective Agreement or on whose behalf it has been entered into shall not go on strike and the Union shall not declare or authorize a strike of any of the employees. The Employer shall not cause the employees to be locked-out during the period of this Collective Agreement.
24.02 Employees covered by this Collective Agreement shall have the right to refuse to cross a picket line and to refuse to do the duties of striking workers.
24.03 Unless authorization has been granted by the Employer, the exercise of the right to refuse to cross a picket line which exists on or about the employee's workplace shall result in forfeiture of pay by the employee.
24.04 No employee shall be disciplined by the Employer for exercising the rights outlined in this Article.
NO STRIKE, NO LOCK-OUT. The provisions contained in Article 19 of this Agreement affect all employees covered by this Appendix.
NO STRIKE, NO LOCK-OUT. 4.01 The Union agrees there shall be no strike and the Employer agrees there shall be no lockout so long as this Agreement continues to operate. The terms "strike" and "lock-out" shall bear the meaning given to them in the Ontario Labour Relations Act.
NO STRIKE, NO LOCK-OUT. The Association agrees that during the term of this Agreement it will not cause or encourage its members to engage in any strike or work stoppage. The District agrees it shall not lockout its employees.
NO STRIKE, NO LOCK-OUT. Section 6.1. For the duration of this Agreement, there shall be no strike, stoppages, slowdowns, picketing, or other interruption of or interference with the operations of the plant.
Section 6.2. The Company shall not lock out employees for the duration of this Agreement.
Section 6.3. Neither the violation of any provisions of the Agreement, nor the commission of any act constituting an unfair labor practice, or otherwise made unlawful, shall excuse the employees, the Union, or the Company from their obligations under the provisions of this Article.
Section 6.4. An employee discharged or otherwise disciplined for violation of this Article, may seek review of such discipline through the grievance and arbitration procedures provided herein. In this event, the only question to be reviewed shall be whether or not the employee participated in the prohibited conduct.
NO STRIKE, NO LOCK-OUT. 23.01 The Union, during the term of this Collective Agreement, and any employee covered by the said Collective Agreement or on whose behalf it has been entered into shall not go on strike and the Union shall not declare or authorize a strike of any of the employees. The Employer shall not cause the employees to be locked- out during the period of this Collective Agreement.
NO STRIKE, NO LOCK-OUT. The Union shall not authorize, sanction, condone, engage in or acquiesce in any strike as defined in Florida Statute 447.002. During the term of this agreement, the Employer will not lock out any employee.
NO STRIKE, NO LOCK-OUT. 8.1 Neither the Union, its officers or agents, nor any of the employees covered by the Agreement, will engage in, encourage, sanction, support or suggest any strike, slowdown, absenteeism, sympathy strike, the willful absence from one's position, the stoppage of work, or the absence in whole or in part of the full, faithful and proper performance of the duties of employment for the purpose of inducing, influencing, or coercing a change in the conditions or compensation or the rights, privileges or obligations of employment. In the event that any employee violates this Article, the Union shall immediately notify any such employees in writing to cease and desist from such action and shall instruct them to immediately return to their normal duties. Any or all employees who violate any of the provisions of this Article will be subject to discharge or other discipline.
8.2 The Employer shall not lock out unit employees.
