Heat, Ventilation and Air Conditioning. 1. Common chillers will be provided to cater to air conditioned office area load @ 275 sft / TR. Chilled water pipes will be connected to the AHU’s. 2. Dedicated AHU’s will be provided whose ducts will be connected to the heat recovery wheels. 3. Common fresh air ducting shall be provided in the shafts with collars towards the toilets. 4. Installing, maintenance and necessary replacements calibrated BTU meters with necessary valve packages.
