Common use of HEAVY WORK Clause in Contracts

HEAVY WORK. The Company agrees it will not create an unnecessary burden upon any employee that would be injurious to the employee's health by requiring the employee to do heavy work alone, such as heavy work on springs, transmissions, reline, repacks, batteries, etc. Heavy work will be distributed as equally as possible. Employees will be required to use safety equipment while working under coaches, such equipment to be made available by the Company.
