Helpers C. Effective December 1, 2021, Helpers C shall receive an hourly wage increase of eighty ($0.80) cents per hour over their wage rate which was in effect on November 30, 2021. No Helper C shall receive less than $19.12 per hour.

Helpers C. Effective December 1, 2023 Helpers C shall receive a monthly wage increase of 3.5% and the minimum monthly wage scale shall be no less than $3,577.72 per month.
