Common use of Hepatitis B Vaccine, MMR Booster and Tetanus Clause in Contracts

Hepatitis B Vaccine, MMR Booster and Tetanus. Where the Hospital identifies high-risk areas where employees are exposed to Hepatitis B, the Hospital will provide, at no cost to the employees, a Hepatitis B vaccine, MMR Booster and Tetanus. Employees shall be given the option to receive the aforementioned vaccines from their GP or at a Walk-In Clinic, but shall do so at their own expense. The employee must provide the Employer with documentation of their successful vaccination.
