Common use of HIPAA Readiness Clause in Contracts

HIPAA Readiness. Business Associate agrees that it will be fully compliant with the requirements of HIPAA and the HITECH Act, as applicable, and will provide the Covered Entity with written certification of such compliance upon request.

HIPAA Readiness. Business Associate agrees that it will be fully compliant with the requirements of the HIPAA and Rules by the HITECH Act, as applicable, and will provide compliance dates established under the Covered Entity with written certification of such compliance upon requestHIPAA Rules.
