Common use of HIPAA Readiness Clause in Contracts

HIPAA Readiness. Business Associate agrees that it will be fully compliant with the requirements of HIPAA and the HITECH Act, as applicable, and will provide the Covered Entity with written certification of such compliance upon request.

HIPAA Readiness. Business Associate agrees that it will make commercially reasonable efforts to be fully compliant with the applicable requirements of the HIPAA and the HITECH ActRules and, as applicableupon Covered Entity’s request, and will provide the Covered Entity with the written certification of such compliance upon requestcompliance.

Business Associate agrees that it will be fully compliant with the requirements of the HIPAA and Rules by the HITECH Act, as applicable, and will provide compliance dates established under such rules to the extent necessary to enable Covered Entity to comply with written certification of such compliance upon requesttheir obligations under the HIPAA Rules.
