Common use of Hire Date Clause in Contracts

Hire Date. Employee and LC Management acknowledge that for purpose of Article 2, Employee's last hire date with LC Management is that date provided in Schedule B hereof, which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein as if reproduced verbatim.
