Hiring Bonus. Teachers hired after the ratification date for this contract will receive a hiring bonus of $2,000, half of which ($1,000) will be paid with the teacher’s first check, and the other half of which ($1,000) will be paid with the first pay in June 2024. A teacher hired after the ratification date will receive the full amount regardless of the timing of the hire within the school year.
