Common use of HISD’s Bidding and Construction Options Clause in Contracts

HISD’s Bidding and Construction Options. The A/E shall not be entitled to any additional compensation as a result of HISD requiring portions of the Project to be issued separately for bids and/or requiring separate bid packages to be issued on different dates. HISD may also combine projects under contract with different A/E’s to a single construction contract. HISD shall determine the delivery method for the Project prior to start of the Design Development phase. The method may be any method permitted by, or a combination of these methods, as determined by HISD.
