Historically Underutilized Businesses. 16.01 The Owner has adopted a policy on Utilization of Historically Underutilized Business ("Policy"), which is incorporated herein by reference. The Policy and it requirements can be found on the following website: xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx/offices/historically-underutilized-business/hub-forms 16.02 Services Provider, as a material provision of the Agreement, must comply with the requirements of the Policy and adhere to any HUB Subcontracting Plan submitted with Services Provider’s Proposal. No changes to the HUB Subcontracting Plan can be made by the Services Provider without the prior written approval of the Owner in accordance with the Policy.
