Common use of HIV Objectives Clause in Contracts

HIV Objectives. a. Ensure that all individuals newly diagnosed with HIV will be interviewed within seven (7) days in accordance with DSHS HIV/STD Program POPS. If data indicates less than 85% of individuals newly diagnosed with HIV are interviewed as described, DSHS may (at its sole discretion) require additional measures be taken by the Grantee to improve that percentage. In that scenario, Grantee must follow those additional measures, and do so according to the timetable mandated by DSHS.
