HIV Workplace Guidelines. In accordance with Subtitle D, Title 2. Health and Safety Code, Section 85.113, the Providing Party shall adopt and implement workplace guidelines concerning persons with AIDS and HIV infections. The Providing Party's guidelines shall be consistent with guidelines published by the Texas Department of Health and all other applicable regulations, policies and procedures.

  • HIV/AIDS Model Workplace Guidelines Grantee will:

  • Use Guidelines 3.3.1. The JAGGAER Applications are provided to Client for use only as expressly set forth in the Agreement, and Client will not use the JAGGAER Applications in whole or in part for any other use or purpose.
