Origination/Doing Business The Mortgage Loan was originated by a savings and loan association, a savings bank, a commercial bank, a credit union, an insurance company, or similar institution that is supervised and examined by a federal or state authority or by a mortgagee approved by the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development pursuant to Sections 203 and 211 of the National Housing Act. All parties which have had any interest in the Mortgage Loan, whether as mortgagee, assignee, pledgee or otherwise, are (or, during the period in which they held and disposed of such interest, were) (1) in compliance with any and all applicable licensing requirements of the laws of the state wherein the Mortgaged Property is located, and (2) organized under the laws of such state, or (3) qualified to do business in such state, or (4) federal savings and loan associations or national banks having principal offices in such state, or (5) not doing business in such state;
Seller's Origination The Seller's decision to originate any mortgage loan or to deny any mortgage loan application is an independent decision based upon the Underwriting Guidelines, and is in no way made as a result of Purchaser's decision to purchase, or not to purchase, or the price Purchaser may offer to pay for, any such mortgage loan, if originated;

The information (including but not limited to the quantity, rated hashrate, unit price (“Unit Price”), total price for one item (“Total Price (One Item)”), total price for all the items (“Total Purchase Price”) of Products to be purchased by Party B from Party A is as follows (“Products”):
Related Contracts (i) The Borrower hereby agrees that, to the extent not expressly prohibited by the terms of the Related Contracts, after the occurrence and during the continuance of an Event of Default, it shall (x) upon the written request of the Administrative Agent or the Collateral Agent, promptly forward to such Agent all information and notices which it receives under or in connection with the Related Contracts relating to the Collateral, subject to applicable confidentiality requirements, and (y) upon the written request of the Administrative Agent or the Collateral Agent, act and refrain from acting in respect of any request, act, decision or vote under or in connection with the Related Contracts relating to the Collateral only in accordance with the direction of such Agent; provided that if the Borrower receives conflicting requests pursuant to this subclause (y), it shall follow whichever request is evidenced to be derived from the direction of the Majority Lenders.
Identification of Asset Review Receivables Within ten (10) Business Days of receipt of an Asset Review Notice, the Servicer will deliver to the Asset Representations Reviewer and the Trustee a list of the related Asset Review Receivables.
Company Products Schedule 2.10(d) of the Company Disclosure Letter lists all Company Products, and for each such product or feature (and each version thereof) identifying its release date.
Competing Products The provisions of Section 21 are set forth on attached Exhibit H and are incorporated in this Section 21 by this reference.
Agreement Not a Contract for Services Neither the Plan, the granting of the Restricted Shares, this Restricted Share Agreement nor any other action taken pursuant to the Plan shall constitute or be evidence of any agreement or understanding, express or implied, that the Participant has a right to continue to provide services as an officer, director, employee, consultant or advisor of the Company or any Subsidiary or Affiliate for any period of time or at any specific rate of compensation.
Government Contract Government Contract" shall mean any prime contract, subcontract, letter contract, purchase order or delivery order executed or submitted to or on behalf of any Governmental Body or any prime contractor or higher-tier subcontractor, or under which any Governmental Body or any such prime contractor or subcontractor otherwise has or may acquire any right or interest.
