HOLDING TANK Sample Clauses

HOLDING TANK. The Tenant must purchase the sewage holding tank located within the Site (the “Tank”) for an amount no greater than the original cost to supply and install, and all information relating to Tank replacement or repairs shall be disclosed to the Landlord and verified through receipts. Any Tank Deposits paid by the Tenant shall hereby become the property of the Landlord and the holding tank shall become the property of the Tenant. The Tenant shall ensure that all black water and grey water from the recreational vehicle flows into the Tank, and shall ensure that the Tank has been pumped out dry by the end of the Season by a service approved by the Landlord at the Tenant’s expense. The Tenant is responsible for all costs associated with damages to the Tank or its replacement including all environmental remediation costs.

  • Failure to Maintain Financial Viability The System Agency may terminate the Grant Agreement if the System Agency, in its sole discretion, determines that Grantee no longer maintains the financial viability required to complete the services and deliverables, or otherwise fully perform its responsibilities under the Grant Agreement.
