HOLIDAY ON EMPLOYEE'S NON-WORKDAY. If a holiday falls on a regular employee's non-workday, such employee shall be entitled to have one additional workday off with pay. Such day shall be scheduled in conjunction with the employee's next scheduled vacation under the provisions of Title 111, except that such day may be taken prior to the employee's next scheduled vacation with the approval of the supervisor in charge. In no event shall the additional day be taken prior to the date of the holiday. The provisions of this Section shall not apply to part-time employees. (Amended 1-1-09)
