Common use of Holidays and Vacations; Leave of Absence; Retirement Clause in Contracts

Holidays and Vacations; Leave of Absence; Retirement. Toppan’s vacation policies and holiday schedule will apply to Secondees, but Secondees shah schedule any vacation or other time off (including time traveling to Japan) with Secondee’s supervisor at COMPANY. Each Secondee’s absence from work (kyuushoku, kyuugyou) will be in accordance with Toppan’s rules and decisions. Each Secondee’s retirement (taishoku) take place in accordance with Toppan’s rules as a Toppan employee.
