Home Occupation. The Housing Unit may be used in conjunction with a Home Occupation by the Qualified Household or Qualified Occupants residing in the Housing Unit subject to the provisions of the Guidelines and local land use restrictions.

Home Occupation. An accessory use of a dwelling unit for gainful employment involving the production, provision, or sale of goods and/or services in accordance with Article IV, Use and Design Standards. MULTI-FAMILY DWELLING A building or portion thereof which contains three or more dwelling units for permanent occupancy, regardless of the method of ownership. Included in the use type would be garden apartments, low and high rise apartments, apartments for elderly housing and condominiums.

  • Physical/Occupational Therapy This plan covers physical and occupational therapy when: • ordered by a physician; • received from a licensed physical or occupational therapist; • a program is implemented to provide habilitative or rehabilitative services. See Autism Services when physical therapy and occupational therapy services are rendered as part of the treatment of autism spectrum disorder. The amount you pay and any benefit limit will be the same whether the services are provided for habilitative or rehabilitative purposes.

  • OCCUPATION To be eligible for automatic reinsurance, the insured must not be employed in an occupation as shown in the Occupation Exclusion List in Schedule A.

  • POSSESSION AND OCCUPATION 12.1 The Purchaser shall be placed in possession of the Property on the Transfer Date or the Occupation Date, whichever is the earlier, from which date the Purchaser will be entitled to all income and be liable for all expenses pertaining to the Property.

Such partial occupancy or use may commence whether or not the portion is substantially complete, provided the Owner and Design-Builder have accepted in writing the responsibilities assigned to each of them for payments, retainage, if any, security, maintenance, heat, utilities, damage to the Work and insurance, and have agreed in writing concerning the period for correction of the Work and commencement of warranties required by the Design-Build Documents. When the Design-Builder considers a portion substantially complete, the Design-Builder shall prepare and submit a list to the Owner as provided under Section 9.8.2. Consent of the Design-Builder to partial occupancy or use shall not be unreasonably withheld. The stage of the progress of the Work shall be determined by written agreement between the Owner and Design-Builder.

  • Period of Occupancy The student may occupy an assigned room at the time specified by the university each semester. If the student fails to occupy the room by 5:00 p.m. on the first day of classes, the university reserves the right to reassign the space or initiate a contract cancellation. However, failure to occupy an assigned space does not automatically release the student from contractual obligation. Occupancy of the room must be relinquished at the completion of the contract. University housing facilities are closed during the periods between semesters, the Thanksgiving holiday and spring break. Residents who are not graduating are required to check out of their residence halls within 24 hours after their last exam but no later than 5:00p.m. on the last day of the exam schedule.

  • Occupational Health County and Union agree that the maintenance of employees' physical health is a basic component of satisfactory work performance, that an ongoing program of medical examination and review of medical conditions as it relates to performance of assigned duties will be developed, and that the parties shall meet and confer on development of this program and endeavor to reach agreement during the term of this Agreement.

  • Owner Occupancy Participant(s) agree to maintain the property as their primary residence during the term of this Agreement, any extensions thereof, or until closeout, documentation is approved by NCORR. If during the term of the Grant Agreement, Participant(s) (1) use the property as an investment property (2) convert the structure to an ineligible structure type or use, or (3) uses the property as a recreational house or “second” home, then NCORR may require immediate payment in full of the entire grant amount provided to the Participant(s). Participant(s) agree that if during the term of this Agreement, any extensions thereof or prior to closeout, Participant(s) sell part or all of the property without NCORR’s prior written consent, then NCORR may require payment in full the amount of the Grant outstanding at the time of sale.

  • Supervisors Working (a) The work of Supervisors will not include assignment to work normally performed by employees of the bargaining unit except for training or demonstration. “Training or demonstration” shall not be used as a subterfuge for the performing of any bargaining unit work. Any claimed abuses will be referred to the Grievance Procedure. Where possible, the shop xxxxxxx will be notified. Supervisors will not perform bargaining unit work until after all rea- sonable efforts have been exhausted to have the work covered.

  • NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS Tenant agrees that the House shall be occupied by no more than [Total Number of Occupants] persons, including no more than [Maximum Number of Children] under the age of eighteen (18) years, without the prior written consent of Landlord.
