Common use of Home Telephone Calls Clause in Contracts

Home Telephone Calls. If a supervisor or his authorized designee calls an employee during the employee’s off duty hours to discuss a work problem, the employee shall be paid a minimum of one-half (1/2) hour at the call-out rate. Discussions longer than one-half (1/2) hour shall be paid in one-half (1/2) hour increments.
