Homeowner Maintenance Manual. Purchaser acknowledges that he or she shall receive a homeowner maintenance manual from Seller at Closing and that he or she is responsible for maintaining the Unit and personal property contained therein, including without limitation, refrigerators, microwave ovens, dishwasher, ovens and other appliances, in accordance with said maintenance manual. Purchaser further acknowledges that he or she shall turn over the homeowner maintenance manual to any future purchaser of the Unit.
