During the Remainder Term. During the Remainder Term Borrower shall cause five (5) Units to be rented to and occupied by or, if vacant, available for occupancy by, Extremely Low Income Households, which households are not required to be HOPWA-Eligible Households. Such Units are "Extremely Low Income Units".
During the Remainder Term. During the Remainder Term the HOPWA-Assisted Units will be treated as HOME-Assisted Units that are Extremely Low Income Units under the HOME Regulatory Agreement provided that the Rent paid by a HOPWA-Eligible Household that occupied a HOPWA-Assisted Unit during the HOPWA Term and that continues to reside in the Unit during the Remainder Term, must be equal to the amount specified in Section 2.2(a)(1).
