Horizontal and Vertical Alignment. The City will provide the Consultant with graphical horizontal alignments in a CAD file for all streets in the project, including side streets and intersecting roads. The Consultant shall generate horizontal alignments and stationing for each street utilizing InRoads software based on the graphical horizontal alignments provided by the City. The Consultant shall develop vertical alignments (profiles) for all streets in the project, including side streets and intersecting roads. Roadway profile sheets will be developed for inclusion in the plan set and shall be signed and sealed by the Consultant at PS&E. Profile sheets will be prepared on 11"x17" at 1"= 40' H/1"= 8' V. The Consultant shall develop side street profiles for all intersecting roads within the project limits. Side street profiles shall be incorporated into the overall project DTM. Side street profile sheets will be developed for inclusion in the plan set and shall be signed and sealed by the Consultant. Existing utilities will not be displayed on the project profiles.

  • System Access CUSTOMER agrees to provide to PROVIDER, at CUSTOMER’S expense, necessary access to the mainframe computer and related information technology systems (the “System”) on which CUSTOMER data is processed during the times (the “Service Hours”) specified in the PSAs, subject to reasonable downtime for utility outages, maintenance, performance difficulties and the like.
