Common use of Hospital Reimbursement Payment Clause in Contracts

Hospital Reimbursement Payment. Subject to Sections 3.5 and 3.11, Hospital covenants and agrees with Project Co to pay to Project Co the Hospital Reimbursement Payment and the applicable Value Added Tax on the Reimbursement Payment Date.
