Common use of Hospital, Surgical, and Medical Benefits Clause in Contracts

Hospital, Surgical, and Medical Benefits. A) Employees are eligible to enroll in the Provincial Government's Health Insurance Plans in conformity with Provincial Legislation. The Company will pay 100% of the cost of such plan. In the event of elimination of the (Provincial) O.H.I.P. plan the Company will provide comparable coverage. B) Employees after three (3) months' service will be eligible to enroll in the extended health benefits plan and the semi-private hospital coverage plan for employees and their dependants.
