Hospitality Packages. Each year during the term of this Agreement, Xxxxxx agrees to purchase hospitality packages at PGA TOUR and SENIOR PGA TOUR Events, of at least $35,000. This amount will be due and payable each February 28 during the term of this Agreement; provided that the first such annual payment shall be due and payable on April 1, 1996. TOUR and Xxxxxx will work together to develop a comprehensive plan for Xxxxxx hospitality purchase. All hospitality purchases will be coordinated through TOUR.

Hospitality Packages. 1.1 In this Agreement the Hospitality Package supplied by the Cronulla Sharks to the Client on each match day at Netstrata Jubilee Stadium includes the admission to a Hospitality event, the supply of a ticket, food and beverages as well as other benefits as offered by the Cronulla Sharks. 1.2 No Hospitality Package is guaranteed until full payment has been received. Tickets and services will not be available until full payment has been received. 1.3 No Hospitality Package will be fulfilled if the Client does not adhere to their selected payment option. Tickets and services will not be made available until the payment is up to date. 1.4 Cronulla Sharks reserves the right to refuse an application. The Cronulla Sharks also reserves the right to cancel without refund any Client that breaches these terms and conditions. 1.5 It is the Client’s responsibility to notify the Cronulla Sharks Hospitality Department immediately of any changes of address or contact details.. 1.6 Existing Clients have priority access to renew their Hospitality Package during a renewal period and is secured via a deposit of an agreed amount at time of booking.
Hospitality Packages. 3.1 All quoted prices for the Hospitality Package(s) are exclusive of goods and services tax (GST). 3.2 Hospitality Package(s) shall only be issued to you upon receipt of full payment by LS and LS shall further advise you on the applicable collection and/or delivery options for the Hospitality Package(s). 3.3 All Hospitality Package(s) issued to you and your Associates shall be kept safe and in good condition as replacement or duplicate Hospitality Package(s) may not be issued for defaced, illegible, lost, misplaced or stolen Hospitality Package(s). Any replacement or duplicate Hospitality Package(s) may be made by LS at its sole and absolute discretion and the cost of which shall be borne solely by you. 3.4 Hospitality Package(s) cannot be exchanged or refunded under any circumstances, including but not limited to, the possible non-appearance of any particular person, group or personality or player expected by you or your Associates, or any variations to the Event schedule and/or line-up, or any adverse weather conditions or any circumstances beyond the reasonable control of LS. 3.5 You further acknowledge that the schedule for the Event (whether notified by LS or otherwise) and its proposed format is only provisional and is subject to change if necessary for any reason whatsoever. LS shall not be liable to you or your Associates for any changes in the players or format of, or any other element of, the Event or arising from any arrangement of a substitute event.

Additional images are charged at R 175 per photo. Is that all I get? No, but that is 15 -25 fantastic and usable images that I supply as standard and included. I can supply you with 50 so-so photos, but I am sure you prefer quality over quantity. Excluded are travel fees outside of a 50km range from Mossel Bay. All accommodation, flights, out-of-pocket, and exceptional expenses are not included. Mileage is charged at current AA rates.

  • Pharmacy Services The Contractor shall establish a network of pharmacies. The Contractor or its PBM must provide at least two (2) pharmacy providers within thirty (30) miles or thirty (30) minutes from a member’s residence in each county, as well as at least two (2) durable medical equipment providers in each county or contiguous county.

  • Hospice Services Services are available for a Member whose Attending Physician has determined the Member's illness will result in a remaining life span of six months or less.

  • Surgery Services This plan covers surgery services to treat a disease or injury when: • the operation is not experimental or investigational, or cosmetic in nature; • the operation is being performed at the appropriate place of service; and • the physician is licensed to perform the surgery. This plan covers reconstructive surgery and procedures when the services are performed to relieve pain, or to correct or improve bodily function that is impaired as a result of: • a birth defect; • an accidental injury; • a disease; or • a previous covered surgical procedure. Functional indications for surgical correction do not include psychological, psychiatric or emotional reasons. This plan covers the procedures listed below to treat functional impairments. • abdominal wall surgery including panniculectomy (other than an abdominoplasty); • blepharoplasty and ptosis repair; • gastric bypass or gastric banding; • nasal reconstruction and septorhinoplasty; • orthognathic surgery including mandibular and maxillary osteotomy; • reduction mammoplasty; • removal of breast implants; • removal or treatment of proliferative vascular lesions and hemangiomas; • treatment of varicose veins; or • gynecomastia.

  • Telemedicine Services This plan covers clinically appropriate telemedicine services when the service is provided via remote access through an on-line service or other interactive audio and video telecommunications system in accordance with R.I. General Law § 27-81-1. Clinically appropriate telemedicine services may be obtained from a network or non- network provider, and from our designated telemedicine service provider. When you seek telemedicine services from our designated telemedicine service provider, the amount you pay is listed in the Summary of Medical Benefits. When you receive a covered healthcare service from a network or non-network provider via remote access, the amount you pay depends on the covered healthcare service you receive, as indicated in the Summary of Medical Benefits.   • Commercialization Reports Throughout the term of this Agreement and during the Sell-Off Period, and within thirty (30) days of December 31st of each year, Company will deliver to University written reports of Company’s and Sublicensees’ efforts and plans to develop and commercialize the innovations covered by the Licensed Rights and to make and sell Licensed Products. Company will have no obligation to prepare commercialization reports in years where (a) Company delivers to University a written Sales Report with active sales, and (b) Company has fulfilled all Performance Milestones. In relation to each of the Performance Milestones each commercialization report will include sufficient information to demonstrate achievement of those Performance Milestones and will set out timeframes and plans for achieving those Performance Milestones which have not yet been met.

  • Hospital Services The Hospital will: 6.1.1 achieve the Performance Standards described in the Schedules and the HSAA Indicator Technical Specifications; 6.1.2 not reduce, stop, start, expand, cease to provide or transfer the provision of Hospital Services to another hospital or to another site of the Hospital if such action would result in the Hospital being unable to achieve the Performance Standards described in the Schedules and the HSAA Indicator Technical Specifications; and 6.1.3 not restrict or refuse the provision of Hospital Services that are funded by the Funder to an individual, directly or indirectly, based on the geographic area in which the person resides in Ontario, and will establish a policy prohibiting any health care professional providing services at the Hospital, including physicians, from doing the same.
