Head Coach definition

Head Coach means the person appointed as such by the Regional Council, on recommendation of Exco.

Head Coach means a person appointed as such by elected members of the Exco in writing;

Head Coach means the person who has been registered with the MHL Office as the Coach of the Team (as opposed to the persons registered as Assistant Coaches, Trainer, Manager or other Team Official), provided that for any game in which the person who has been registered as the Coach of the Team is unable to participate on the bench at the start of such game (whether due to illness, absence, suspension or other legitimate reason resulting in that person not appearing on the bench), then it shall be the other Team Official who assumes control of the Team on the bench for such game.The Head Coach shall be considered the individual responsible for directing and guiding the actions and efforts of the Team and for ensuring that all members of the Team, i.e. players and Team Officials, uphold the rules, regulations and policies of Hockey Canada, the OHF, the GTHL, the MHL and the Association. Along with the other Team Officials on the Team, the Head Coach is responsible for the conduct of Team members in the arena before, during and after each game. “Hockey Canada” means Hockey Canada, the national governing body for hockey in Canada, formerly known as Canadian Hockey Association (CHA);

Head Coach means, in relation to each Participating Team, the most senior Team Official responsible for coaching and/or managing such Participating Team;

Head Coach means the rugby coach appointed by a Province or by SARU on behalf of a Province as the coach of any team of such a Province, or of SARU.
