Common use of Hot Places Clause in Contracts

Hot Places. An employee who works for more than one hour in the shade in places where the temperature is raised by artificial means to: between 46 and 54 Celsius 43 cents per hour extra; in excess of 54 Celsius 58 cents per hour extra.
