HOURLY CONVERSION FOR PART-TIME OR ALTERNATIVELY SCHEDULED EMPLOYEES. For employees who work part-time or a schedule other than an 8/40, the number of FML hours to which the employee is eligible shall be adjusted in accordance with his/her their normal weekly work schedule. An employee whose schedule varies from week to week is eligible for a pro-rated amount of FML based on his/her their hours worked over the previous twelve (12) months preceding the leave.
