HOURS ARRANGEMENT. The parties agree that hours of work should be flexible in order to meet the operational requirements of the Company and to ensure the quality of life for employees. To that effect, the ECC will review alternatives to the hours worked. The parties agree that alternative hours of work schemes will not commence until such time as full consultation has taken place and agreement is reached.
