HOUSE OFFICER FACILITIES. The Medical Center will provide sufficient, comfortable, safe and sanitary facilities in connection with the House Officer's educational and clinical programs. This includes, but is not limited to clerical space, computers for access to educational and clinically relevant information and the Internet, supporting facilities such as meeting space, dictating equipment for clinical notes, and administrative liaison personnel for individual and group House staff affairs.

  • Emergency Mode Operation Plan Contractor must establish a documented plan to enable continuation of critical business processes and protection of the security of electronic DHCS PHI or PI in the event of an emergency. Emergency means any circumstance or situation that causes normal computer operations to become unavailable for use in performing the work required under this Agreement for more than 24 hours.

  • Required Services Consultant agrees to perform the services, and deliver to City the “Deliverables” (if any) described in the attached Exhibit A, incorporated into the Agreement by this reference, within the time frames set forth therein, time being of the essence for this Agreement. The services and/or Deliverables described in Exhibit A shall be referred to herein as the “Required Services.”
