Housing Rehabilitation. If this Contract is for the provision of Housing Rehabilitation services, this Contract shall commence on July 1, 2020 and continue through June 30, 2021, unless otherwise terminated by the County and may be renewed as set forth in paragraph 3 below.

  • Rehabilitation The Employer may use the results of the drug and alcohol test to require the employee to successfully complete a rehabilitation plan.

  • Rehabilitation Act Subrecipient agrees to comply with any federal regulations issued pursuant to compliance with Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, (29 U.S.C. 706) which prohibits discrimination against the handicapped in any federally assisted program. County shall provide Subrecipient with any guidelines necessary for compliance with that portion of the regulations in force during the term of this Contract.

  • Housing The receiving institution will guide incoming mobile participants in finding accommodation, according to the requirements of the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education.
