The "How Progress Is Measured" clause defines the methods and criteria used to assess the advancement of work or achievement of milestones in a project or contract. Typically, this clause outlines specific benchmarks, deliverables, or performance indicators that must be met to demonstrate progress, such as completion percentages, submission of reports, or achievement of predefined goals. By clearly establishing how progress will be evaluated, this clause ensures transparency and accountability, helping both parties track performance and address issues proactively.
HOW PROGRESS IS MEASURED. Performance Goals will be developed each fiscal year for the above listed Service Standards. For each Performance Goal, a Mode and/or Division Goal may be established. Progress toward achievement of these Performance Goals will be tracked and measured each fiscal year. A “Qualifying Fiscal Year” is defined as follows: July 1, 2001 – June 30, 2002 July 1, 2002 – June 30, 2003
