Filing a Complaint If an employee believes that they have been harassed and/or discriminated against on the basis of any prohibited ground of discrimination, there are specific actions that may be taken to put a stop to it. First, request a stop of the unwanted behaviour. Inform the individual that is doing the harassing or the discriminating against you that the behaviour is unwanted and unwelcome. It is advisable to document the events, complete with times, dates, location, witnesses and details. However, it is also understood that some victims of discrimination or harassment are reluctant to confront their harasser or they may fear reprisals from the harasser, lack of support from their work group, or disbelief by their supervisor or others. The incident should be brought to the attention of your Supervisor and/or Committeeperson.
Consent to Receive Information in English By accepting the Award, you confirm having read and understood the Plan and the Agreement, which were provided in the English language. You accept the terms of those documents accordingly.
APPLICABILITY TO SUBCONTRACTORS Respondent agrees that all contracts it awards pursuant to the contract awarded as a result of this Agreement will be bound by the foregoing terms and conditions.

Use Form W-7, Application for IRS Individual Taxpayer Identification Number, to apply for an ITIN, or Form SS-4, Application for Employer Identification Number, to apply for an EIN. You can apply for an EIN online by accessing the IRS website at xxx.xxx.xxx/Xxxxxxxxxx and clicking on Employer Identification Number (EIN) under Starting a Business. Go to xxx.xxx.xxx/Xxxxx to view, download, or print Form W-7 and/or Form SS-4. Or, you can go to xxx.xxx.xxx/XxxxxXxxxx to place an order and have Form W-7 and/or SS-4 mailed to you within 10 business days. If you are asked to complete Form W-9 but do not have a TIN, apply for a TIN and write “Applied For” in the space for the TIN, sign and date the form, and give it to the requester. For interest and dividend payments, and certain payments made with respect to readily tradable instruments, generally you will have 60 days to get a TIN and give it to the requester before you are subject to backup withholding on payments. The 60-day rule does not apply to other types of payments. You will be subject to backup withholding on all such payments until you provide your TIN to the requester.
NOTICE OF INTENT TO SURRENDER Any other provision of this lease to the contrary notwithstanding, at least thirty (30) days prior to the normal expiration of the term of this Lease as noted under the heading TERM OF LEASE above, Tenant shall give written notice to Landlord of Tenant’s intention to surrender the residence at the expiration of the Lease term. If said written notice is not timely given, the Tenant shall become a month-to-month tenant as defined by applicable Georgia law, and all provisions of this Lease will remain in full force and effect, unless this Lease is extended or renewed for a specific term by written agreement of Landlord and Tenant. If Tenant becomes a month-to-month tenant in the manner described above, Xxxxxx must give a thirty (30) day written notice to the Landlord of Xxxxxx’s intention to surrender the residence. At any time during a month-to-month tenancy Landlord may terminate the month-to-month Lease by serving Tenant with a written notice of termination, or by any other means allowed by applicable Georgia law. Upon termination, Tenant shall vacate the premises and deliver same unto Landlord on or before the expiration of the period of notice.
Notification of Xxxxxx and Unauthorized Release (a) Vendor will promptly notify the District of any breach or unauthorized release of Protected Data it has received from the District in the most expedient way possible and without unreasonable delay, but no more than seven (7) calendar days after Vendor has discovered or been informed of the breach or unauthorized release. (b) Vendor will provide such notification to the District by contacting Xxxxxx Xxx, Data Protection Officer, directly by email at xxxxxx.xxx@xxxxx.xxx or by calling 000-000-0000. (c) Vendor will cooperate with the District and provide as much information as possible directly to Xxxxxx Xxx, Data Protection Officer or his/her designee about the incident, including but not limited to: a description of the incident, the date of the incident, the date Vendor discovered or was informed of the incident, a description of the types of Protected Data involved, an estimate of the number of records affected, the schools within the District affected, what the Vendor has done or plans to do to investigate the incident, stop the breach and mitigate any further unauthorized access or release of Protected Data, and contact information for Vendor representatives who can assist affected individuals that may have additional questions. (d) Vendor acknowledges that upon initial notification from Vendor, the District, as the educational agency with which Vendor contracts, has an obligation under Section 2-d to in turn notify the Chief Privacy Officer in the New York State Education Department (“CPO”). Vendor agrees not to provide this notification to the CPO directly unless requested by the District or otherwise required by law. In the event the CPO contacts Vendor directly or requests more information from Vendor regarding the incident after having been initially informed of the incident by the District, Vendor will promptly inform Xxxxxx Xxx, Data Protection Officer or his/her designee.
Right to Subcontract The Carrier at its discretion may subcontract on any terms the whole or any part of the Carriage.
Notification to Unsuccessful Job Applicants The parties agree that any unsuccessful candidate for an ONA job posting will be notified, in writing, within one (1) week of the decision being made and prior to the posting of the name of the successful candidate. The parties further agree that the above notification will be copied to the ONA Bargaining Unit President.
Consent to Suit In the case of any dispute under or in connection with this Agreement, the Indemnitee may only bring suit against the Corporation in the Court of Chancery of the State of Delaware. The Indemnitee hereby consents to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts of the State of Delaware, and the Indemnitee hereby waives any claim the Indemnitee may have at any time as to forum non conveniens with respect to such venue. The Corporation shall have the right to institute any legal action arising out of or relating to this Agreement in any court of competent jurisdiction. Any judgment entered against either of the parties in any proceeding hereunder may be entered and enforced by any court of competent jurisdiction.
RESPONDING TO REQUESTS FOR INFORMATION To the extent authorized by the Participating Consumer(s) and to the extent such individual permission is required by law, the Competitive Supplier shall, during normal business hours (as set forth above), respond promptly and without charge therefore to reasonable requests of the Town for information or explanation regarding the matters covered by this ESA and the supply of electricity to Participating Consumers. Competitive Supplier agrees to designate a service representative or representatives (the “Service Contacts”) who shall be available for these purposes, and shall identify the office address and telephone number of such representative(s). Whenever necessary to comply with this Article 5.3, the Service Contacts shall call upon other employees or agents of the Competitive Supplier to obtain such information or explanation as may be reasonably requested. Nothing in this Article 5.3 shall be interpreted as limiting the obligation of the Competitive Supplier to respond to complaints or inquiries from Participating Consumers, or to comply with any regulation of the Department or AG regarding customer service.
